Grow Virtual Ltd was developed by Kamal Ahmed, founder of GSL Education – an ethical teacher and support staff agency, dedicated to thoughtfully matching schools with outstanding candidates. 

The concept is centred around maximising efficiency. Every business excels when staff are given the opportunity to work to their strengths.  

GSL have an outstanding administration outsourcing model.  Our extensive support team, based in Bangladesh, manage: payroll, invoicing, recruitment and resourcing, compliance, and executive PA tasks. This allows our UK staff to focus on what they do best - supporting teaching and learning through dedicated recruitment to schools.

Our close partnerships with our schools has given us a clear understanding of the pressures of administration and the impact this has on learning, teaching and well-being. 

We wanted to help, and so developed ‘Grow Virtual Ltd’. 

Education of course, is not the only sector which requires complex and time-consuming administration. We are equally passionate about supporting businesses, especially new and growing businesses.
